Terms of Use

Who we are. RN Solution is a business name (not yet registered). Contact: support@rnsapps.com.
The service. RNS apps are made by RN Solution and run inside your Shopify store. You install them from the Shopify App Store.
Plans and billing. Prices are shown in the app and on its App Store page. Shopify bills paid plans for us; trials and cancellations follow Shopify's billing. Uninstalling the app ends the plan.
Refunds. Refunds are decided case by case, at our discretion. If an app clearly failed to do its job for a paying store, we'll usually refund that month through Shopify.
Your content. You own your templates, settings and data. You're responsible for what you send to your customers through the app, and for having a reason to email them (order updates, not marketing, unless they agreed).
Fair use. Don't use the apps to send spam or to break the law. We may pause an app on a store that does.
Availability. We work to keep the apps running, but can't promise they never stop or never have errors, and we don't promise a set uptime. If something goes wrong, email support@rnsapps.com.
Liability. The apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for that app in the 12 months before the claim. On a free plan nothing was paid, so nothing is owed.
Law. These terms follow the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above changes and installed stores are told when it matters.
